Jeremy Creekmore is a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner and brain specialist at Brain Health Hawaii, where his military background as a U.S. Army veteran informs his dedication to serving service members and veterans. He also runs a private practice focused on medication management across the lifespan.
Jeremy earned his Doctor of Nursing Practice and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner credentials from the University of Arizona, complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Hawaii Pacific University. His prior roles include registered nursing at The Queen’s Medical Center, Kahi Mohala, and Benchmark Behavior Health System, alongside faculty positions at Chaminade University and Hawaii Pacific University.
As president of the Hawaii Association of Professional Nurses and a recipient of the 2020 DAISY Award and 2022 Golden Apple Award, Jeremy brings expertise and empathy to his work, enhancing brain health outcomes for his patients and mentoring future clinicians.
In his personal life, Jeremy values community and education, finding fulfillment in supporting others and staying connected to his roots as a veteran and educator.
