Dr. Nathasha Kanwar is the Director of Clinical Operations at Brain Health Hawaii, where her expertise in clinical practice, health administration, and research drives operational excellence. She holds an MBBS from Manipal University, a Master of Surgery in Ophthalmology, and a Master of Health Administration from the University of Minnesota.

Dr. Kanwar leads strategic initiatives to optimize workflows and enhance patient care, ensuring alignment with Brain Health Hawaii’s goals. Her research contributions at the Mayo Clinic and Johns Hopkins University, including glaucoma screening and healthcare equity projects, reflect her dedication to innovation and access.

A mentor to medical students and residents, Dr. Kanwar has designed training programs at the Wilmer Eye Institute, blending her clinical and administrative skills to foster a culture of collaboration and excellence. Her leadership transforms lives through compassionate, high-quality care.
